The Institute buildings include-

1. One single storey structure for workshop for Civil- Wood Technology.
2. One double storey structure being used for science laboratory and class rooms,
3. One double storey structure for office accommodation.
4. One single storey structure for the workshops of Automobile, Electrical and Mechanical Technologies.
5. One single storey structure for canteen.
6. One double storey and one 3 storey structure for students Hostel.
7. One 4 storey structure (newly build) for Computer and Construction Technology.
8. One wood seasoning chambers and impregnation plant.
9. 2 blocks of garages and Electric Sub-station.
10. One covered walkway linking all the buildings.
